Super Lawyers' 2024 Colorado Lists Features Three Stinson Attorneys

Super Lawyers© has named Stinson LLP Partners Deborah Bayles, Jared Ertle and Andrew Gillespie to its 2024 Colorado Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists.

Bayles is recognized on the Super Lawyers list in the real estate practice area. She has been recognized on this list since 2011. Ertle is recognized as a Rising Star in the mergers & acquisitions (M&A) practice area and Gillespie is recognized as a Rising Star in the banking practice area. This is Ertle's first time being recognized as a Rising Star.

Bayles advises clients on the full range of financial, real estate and business transactions. Her extensive experience with real estate finance and general business operations enable her to provide effective counsel to her clients, which include lenders, buyers and sellers, commercial real estate owners and developers and private business entities. Bayles also serves as the firm's Denver office managing partner.

Ertle specializes in advising clients on complex mergers and stock acquisitions, venture capital investments and asset dispositions. He counsels farm credit system institutions, commercial banks and equipment leasing companies on loan transactions, as well as equipment and facility lease transactions. In addition, Ertle was elected to the firm's partnership in 2024.

Gillespie focuses his financial services and real estate lending practice on helping banking, private equity, privately-held business and real estate investor clients reach their business goals across a wide range of industries. He leverages his business background to provide innovative, strategic and practical advice when counseling lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured loans, and private equity firms, real estate developers and investors in a variety of complex transactions.
