Equity Bancshares to Acquire Rockhold Bancorp; Stinson Serves as Legal Counsel

Equity Bancshares, Inc. recently announced it will acquire Rockhold Bancorp and its subsidiary Bank of Kirksville in a $44.3 million cash transaction.

Subject to receiving regulatory approval and satisfaction of closing conditions, the transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2024. The transaction will add eight locations to Equity Bancshares' network.
